So You Think You Can...
Since Comcast discovered that John and I had "free" cable, they shut us down. Because of that, I've been subjecting John to horrible network television, including "So You Think You Can Dance." Let's face it, I'm a sucker for reality talent competitions. We were watching the other night and they were showing behind the scenes with Benji, the guy I chose as my favorite since I started watching. He and his dance partner were learning their Hip Hop routine and it was very provocative and he said he'd never danced like that and that he didn't know he had it in him because he was definitely not doing anything provocative, at least until he was married. John and I both looked at each other and thought he was probably a member of the church. After he and his partner danced the judges LOVED them and one of them mentioned how great of a dancer he was, especially considering he had taken two years off. The judge asked what that two years was for and he said he had served a mission for his church in Mexico. Ha! I knew it! I thought it was really cool. The kid's only 22 and is a great dancer. He's actually a swing dance champion. I found this interview with him online:
Interview With Benji Schwimmer
So if you're ever flipping past Fox on Wednesday night, check him out!
I LOVE that show!!! And I love Benji! We read his interview last night after the Mavericks lost and it really helped Brian get life back into perspective. Loosing is hard in our house.
Yeah, losing is hard at our house too! Danny was SO upset!
