Like a Weed!

Today was Ben's 9-month appointment. Dr appointments are much more interesting when a baby is mobile. It makes it a little difficult! Especially when the dr finds fluid in his ears which leads to a test where he has to hold his head still with something sticking in his ear for like 10 seconds. That's like an eternity for a baby! He finally did it, after about 12 attempts! So he has fluid build up in his ears so they're putting him on an antibiotic and an antihisthamene and we will go back in 2-3 weeks to make sure it's all cleared up. Fun! Ben is now 30 1/2" tall and weighs a whopping 24.6 pounds. His head circumference is 18.5. He is just not slowing down one bit and getting so gigantic! But other than the ear infection he's perfectly healthy and as Dr. Carlson says "a strapping boy." You're telling me!!
