Things I Learned This Weekend
1. Arlington First Ward Relief Society rocks. Pretty much. Saturday's Enrichment was amazing!
2. I have a great husband who doesn't mind hanging out with Ben when I have lots of meetings to go to. And lately it's been lots.
3. Saturday nights with pizza, grocery shopping and a movie make for some great times, even though it seems mundane.
4. Elizabeth the Golden Age was a pretty good movie, even though I was only partly watching it because I was working on our new website for a presentation this morning! Yay!
5. New bishoprics at church create lots of excitement and especially tears. I am very excited for Chuck and especially Mark Evans!
6. Ben knows that when we take a certain exit off the freeway we are going to my mom's house. Ensued was a chorus of "Okay! Okay! OKAY!!" So cute.
7. Putting a container of liquid ant killer on top of a water heater can cause issues. And lots of snap crackling and popping. I am grateful that John can fix almost anything! I was especially grateful for a hot shower this morning (which is more than I can say for Ben's bath last night!)
8. Daylight Savings time sucks. Especially when you stay up on a Saturday night and watch a movie. It really makes for a tough Monday morning. Especially for a confused toddler. (It's dark outside in the morning!)
Arlington 1st does rock! Ya'll are lucky!
And I really did like the new Elizabeth movie, I tried to go out and rent the first one b/c I couldn't for the life of me remember what it was about...but no go.
And Daylight savings...not my friend.
I think we should all move to Arizona where they don't change!
Yeah, I was late to church...thinking I was almost on time...how pathetic.
I also LOOOOOVE our ward. Bryce has a teeny-tiny possibility of a move with his job coming up, and if it happens, I will weep to leave the ward. And amen to the daylight savings thing. Ick!
