Cinderella

I was talking with a couple of co-workers on Wednesday and one of them mentioned that she wanted to go to a concert at the Bass Hall next week but didn't want to drive all the way to Fort Worth. I told her that I was going to the Bass Hall to see Cinderella on Friday night and that she should definitely go because the Bass is great. She and the other (male) co-worker looked at me inquisitively and wanted to know why I was going to see Cinderella. I said that my mom had bought all of the girls in our family tickets and that my sister was taking her 6-year old daughter. At this point they look at me with a bit of shock and disgust and can't believe that we were taking a 6-year old to see Cinderella. Then I say that it's her first time to see a musical and the look of understanding comes because they just now realize that I'm talking about the MUSICAL Cinderella, NOT the 80s hair metal band, Cinderella!
