Good Deal at Target

John and I don't have 72-hour kits (gasp!) but as of today we are a few steps closer to completing them! I was at Target during lunch and most things in the $1 Spot were 50% off. They have a huge section of camping stuff that will work in a 72-hour kit so I stocked up. Here's a run-down of what I got:

Bungee cords (2 packs of 3)
Bug bracelets (1 pack of 3)
Sunscreen wipes (3 packs of 3)
Whistle/Compass combination (2)
Cold pack (2)
Pocket knife (2)
Ponchos (2 adult, 1 kid)
First aid kits (2)
Hand Sanitizer (2)
Splinter kit (1)
Waterproof matches (2)
Flashlight w/ 2 AA batteries (3)

So all in all I spent around $15 for all of that. They had a lot of other stuff, so anyone who needs anything of the sort go to Target! It's great for general camping supplies too!
