I have never read a Jane Austen novel, though I have started Sense and Sensibility...but I thought this quiz would be kind of fun!

randivon – (September 21, 2007 1:59 PM): I took that. I was Ellinor Dashwood. I thought that was fitting for me in this stage of life. :-) I just started reading Sense and Sensibility as well. I keep getting side-tracked (because it requires concentration) but someday I will finish it. :-)
Missy – (September 21, 2007 2:01 PM): I promised Nikki I would read her two favorite Jane Austen novels because she is reading the ENTIRE Harry Potter series. I'm on page 4. It's a writing style that takes some getting used to for sure! I'm sure I'll get a lot more reading in over the holidays!
Melinda – (September 21, 2007 4:45 PM): Yeah! I'm so glad that you're FINALLY reading Jane Austen! Once you get into them, they're fairly easy to read, and quite addicting. Great quiz, Missy! I was Elizabeth Bennet, which I was suprised about. I thought I would be more of an Ellinor Dashwood. I'm not complaining, though, Elizabeth is one of my favorite characters!

Gabby – (September 23, 2007 12:28 PM): I'm also Anne, which I wouldn't have necessarily thought, but then you and I, I think, are similar in many instances, so I guess maybe Anne fits? Anyway, I love Austen too! If you've seen the movies, it's easier to get into the books (not that I don't love the books, but sometimes the movies translate some of the wit so it's easier to understand).
