What the heck? Did anyone notice that there were like 4 mattresses all ontop of each other?!?! (yes i know, I am choosing to ignore the super smart kid!)
I can't watch stuff like this cause its no fair to compare my poor little speech delayed Abby to a kid like that.
I agree they seem like they could be Mormon. And Mandie, Abby's awesome in her own little way, she doesn't need to know the countries when she's TWO!
Ok...for one...I think they are Mormon....why? B/c if you look at the map when she points to the US, there is a big red dot on what appears to be SLC and the red lines going to NY, Seattle, California, etc....did ya see that?
Maybe not, it's blurry, but its what I think!
AND FOR TWO....puh-lease! How long did they rehearse that? Poor kid has to stay on that bed for HOURS probably...
Speaking of smart kids, any one ever see that Funniest Home Video where the 2yr old girl knows all the spices? Cumin, basil, etc??
I agree with you Missy...you don't need to know countries when you're two...but it IS really cute!
I thought the same thing. She is obviously very bright, but it also obviously took hours of drilling to get her to memorize that. I am a big believer in kids being sponges and capable of learning a lot, but is there really a need for your almost two year old to know that much? Or maybe I'm just mad cuz she knows more than me!
And hopefully she's playing as much as she's memorizing. Mandie, I don't know you or your situation, but like Missy said, your Abby is only two, and all she needs to really know about is being a kid.
