Useless Find of the Week
A new segment you'll see here on my blog. I spend a lot of time on the internet, back and forth through our BISD site and other sites along the way. I got an email from Gap Inc's Piperlime and browsed through the "Sandals We Love" section to see what's new for Spring. Well, for $750 you can get these completely useless beauties. Take the horrific base off these shoes, add a stiletto heel and they're awesome. As is, not so much. I challenge anyone to walk in them and not fall down! Because seriously. They're a broken ankle waiting to happen.
I agree with the stiletto thing, or at least a regular wedge.
Ya, I'm not so sure how it would look with the stiletto, but maybe a wedge would look good. However, the platform with the cut-outs are quite the rage this spring. Even Payless has a version!
I have to admit, there is something death-defyingly interesting about that shoe! :)
Ick. Cute top, horrific bottom.
I would take your challenge of walking in them. I am quite good at walking in tall shoes...I used to try to fix my problem of being short.
I must say that my shoe addicted personality is now craving a pair of these... not because I think they are amazing... just because they are different and different attracts attention and that is just fun when people notice your shoes... even if they think you are crazy for wearing them. :-)
More like useless find of the century!!!
Hey missy, it was good to hear from you. I'm very thankful for blogs. It's been such a great way to keep in touch with 1st ward friends and I have enjoyed reading yours.
What a find you've found! I can't say that I'd ever give those shoes a try.
Please don't show Chrystal!
Sometimes couture is just flat out retarded.
