Another Survey

I don't have much to blog about today. Besides the fact that I'm so tired. And ridiculously cold in our office (sheesh!) So I thought I'd steal Kelli's survey she posted. Because she said we could!

What were you doing 10 years ago?
It was the summer before my senior year of high school so I was probably working at that dumb kiosk at the mall. I cried every day I drove home from that job. Other than that I was probably prepping for band camps and excited to be a senior.

5 years ago?
John and I had been married for less than 6 months and I had recently finished designing my first-ever magazine, Renegade (the student magazine at UTA). I was starting my summer class which was the last class I needed to graduate!

5 months ago?
Celebrated our 5-year anniversary. I was hitting my stride with my new job. John was applying to be a police officer. President Hinckley passed away. We got Ben off his pacifier. And I made a lot of Resolutions that I have not been keeping!

5 things on my to do list...
1. Clean my house
2. Finish prepping images from my last session
3. Hash out changes for a logo I'm doing
4. Warm up somehow
5. Plan fun things for my Fridays off this summer!

5 Snacks...
1. Diet Coke (to me, it the snack of the gods)
2. Popcorn
3. Peanut M&Ms

5. Baked Doritos

If I were suddenly a millionaire...
I'd buy a reasonable house, quit my job, John would finish school then decide if he wanted to get a job. We'd have more kids and travel a lot. I'd hire a housekeeper. We'd make that 10-year anniversary trip to Europe. We'd be extravagantly frugal and make that money LAST! And I'd finally pay my Mom back all the money we owe her. :)

I haven't had many many jobs for being 28. I like to stick around at a job for a while and see how far I can go.

5 things people don't know about me...
1. I tap my toothbrush on the sink two times after every time I brush. I have to do this.
2. I have a crush on Shia LaBeouf.
3. When I was 10 or 12, I was able to exactly imitate the sound of the whale in Free Willy. And I will never ever do it again.
4. One of Ben's favorite songs is from his Thomas movie. He loves when I sing it to him but I have to do it exactly how they sing it or else he gets mad. So yes, I sing "They are the narrow gauge engines!" with a British accent.
5. I was in a play in high school where I played a boy. I was Ellard in "The Foreigner." Looking back I should have been more offended that they wanted me to play a boy except that I did it opposite one of my best friends and we had so much fun.
