Keeping it in the Fam
Friday night me and my 4 sisters and mom all headed to Grapevine for a girl's night, strictly family! We have been meaning to celebrate my sister Suzy finally graduating from college (congrats, Suzy!) We ate dinner at Outback and headed to the mall for some shopping. We had a great time! Mandie came up with this fun idea of the "Give it Up" cup with lots of great questions we had to go around the table and answer. Yes I know it sounds super cheesy, but I learned things about my sisters I didn't even know so it was perfect.
Alas, the lighting was terrible and I was refusing to use my flash in the restaurant for fear of being the obnoxious table that won't quit taking pictures!
It only took her 26 years to graduate from college!
Can I get a collective SIGH? It's no wonder I can't lose weight. Luckily this wasn't my dish at least!
THE dessert, with whipped cream straight from heaven. Mandie liked it so much she decided to wear some of it on her white shirt. But I won't post that picture!
We happened upon a great clearance sale while we were at the mall at Children's Place (Grapevine Mills has THE BEST Children's Place!) We found girls' tights for fifty cents, boys tshirts for a dollar, shorts for $2, and the list goes on and on. I love eating out, I love shopping and I love my sisters!
That "Give It Up" game sounds like fun! And mmmmm.....Outback.
No pictures of Mom & Mandie? Thanks for the pics and the fun evening!
OH HOW FUN! I wish I had a sister.....
What a fun girls night! I can't wait till all of my sisters are all together! And um, clearance?? 50 cent tights?? When was this b/c I am thinking I need 50 cent tights rather than the 6 bucks I have to pay full price! LOL
That is SO not fair! You post that funky picture of me, and you refuse to post the picture of Mandie wearing her dessert!?! Yeah, I can tell who your favorite sister is!
Sisters, dinner, and shopping, sounds like a great mix! And I'm going to have to get myself to Children's Place more often to try to catch some of their sales.
That sounds like so much fun. I wish my sister lived closer.
I love the "give it up" cup idea. Too bad I don't live near my sister!
Calm down Melinda, I thought that pic of us was funny! And I didn't post the one of Mandie because it was a bit too provocative and I didn't think she'd appreciate her, ahem, chest, close-up on the internet!
