Back to our regular scheduled blogging.

Having last week off was awesome! John, Ben and I got to spend so much time together and even though we didn't do a lot of exciting stuff we had a lot of fun. It's been so busy with me taking so many pictures lately and John has been really great in coming with me to help out when I need him (and taking lots of pictures himself!) But I am so behind in blogging and so many other things that I'm actually slightly happy to be back at work and back on schedule. Ben's schedule was so out of whack last week we're happy to be back on our regular nap/night and getting some sleep again!

John and I had an amazing time at Coldplay. We had the best seats we could get considering we got the tickets late and didn't have $150 to spend on tickets! They played all of our favorite songs and really did appreciate just how many freaking people were there. Chris Martin kept commenting on how many people were there and he'd look up to the sides at the seats we were in, making sure we knew he knew we were there. It was pretty funny. They closed with my fav "Death and All His Friends" and played "Yellow" for their encore. Just perfect. And amazing. Next time they're in town we'll get better seats! Oh, and did I tell you they confiscated my camera? Digital cameras are allowed but Colplay had a policy against cameras with removable lenses. I tried to tell them that I wouldn't be able to do much damage in Section 305 Row M. And when we went to pick up the camera afterwards ours was the ONLY ONE that got confiscated. Jerks! Here are pics from John's BlackBerry, the best we could do!

We went to Saltgrass for my mom's b-day on the 21st. This contributes to the two weeks in which I ate entirely too much!

The night before Thanksgiving was Disney on Ice: The Incredibles Go to Disneyland. It was cheesy and silly and fun and Ben pretty much hated every second of it! The next day he kept saying how much fun it was, but he literally clung to me the entire time. Most of the other kids that were with us had SO much fun and we'll keep taking Ben to things like that because we did have a good time!

Thursday morning we took my friend Nikki to the airport then stopped at the Airport Park and ate donuts while we watched a few planes land. Ben won't really eat donuts. He doesn't really even eat sweets. We keep trying to break him of this, but it's not working. So I happily ate his donut holes for him! It was so cold. We didn't stay long. Still love the airport park though!

John was humoring me by going, he was so cold!

Thanksgiving was great. Tons of family. LOTS OF FOOD. Way too much, I think. I'm still recovering... Here's my entire family (minus a nice who was with her in-laws). Aren't we so cute? :)

Look at all that family! That's so fantastic! Glad you're back to blogging ;). And even thru a blackberry...that concert STILL looked like tons of fun!

The view from your seats looks about like where we have our hockey tickets. It's great for hockey, I guessing it wasn't as great for a concert. Did Ben like the Disney on ice a lot? We thought about taking the girls, but we didn't know if they were old enough to enjoy it.

THOSE were your seats? You are definitely a die hard fan.

I'm sorry Ben didn't like it. I was really suprised that he didn't warm up to it after the "credibuls" suited up. oh well.

Okay, you have me totally wanting a sundae now. Or cheesecake. And how awesome to have that family picture!

Mmm, Saltgrass. Looking at that cheesecake is making me want one. I'm glad that Coldplay played some of your favorites. I think it makes for a better concert when bands play all their good stuff. And I hate leaving not hearing a song that I wanted to hear.
